1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the software provided by Destructor_Ben through Phobos (the "Website"), including any updates or modifications (collectively, the "Software"). 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phobos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
